Book Description
BACK COVER The sequel to the Jaredite's Civilization (What the Prophet Ether couldn't Tell Us) is finally out. Book III to shortly follow. Book II tells of the life and times of the Jaredites, the greatest civilization to have ever lived on Planet Earth. It details their earliest beginnings, and enumerates some of their many achievements and accomplishments. It is first mentioned within the Book of Mormon, in Ether 1:42-44. Ether was later directed by God to remove everything about them save for their earliest beginnings at the Tower of Babel, in Iraq, and a few brief tales of their spiritual trials and wars, up to their final Civil War. Mainstream Archaeology refuses to address this civilization because it would reveal Archaeology's canards about evolution and their false narrative about the Origin of Man. The Jaredites settled and colonized South and North America, Lemuria, Antarctica, The British Isles and most of western Europe, plus the lands of China and India. For nearly 2,530-years, they maintained a world-wide civilization. My research has uncovered many details of Jaredite life and their physical characteristics that the prophet Ether was not allowed to tell us. They built all of Egypt. Their Hindu colony fought at least two internal nuclear wars. They colonized throughout our entire Solar System; most moons and all the planets have their cities, mainly covered by 7-mile high glass domes, except Jupiter and Saturn. These two planets each have possible Star War-size "moons" that could be artificial space stations. Mars used to be a moon to its now exploded primary, which is now the Asteroid Belt. Their Martian cities are so immense that New York City and Shanghai combined wouldn't be considered a nickel in a handful of change in comparison to them. Jaredite leftovers are all over Earth if one knows when to look for them. Book III details a few of their many wars, as well as their final Civil War, the first year or two which were nuclear. Through their longevity, they were able to develop their physics to the point to where they could control the weather, as well as to weaponize its component parts. And their final, long prophesied death.

Book Description
This is the final sequel to the Jaredite’s civilization (What the Prophet Ether Couldn’t Tell Us) 1 and 2. This book concludes my trilogy of the Jaredite civilization and enumerates some of their many achievements and accomplishments. The Jaredite civilization is first mentioned within the Book of Mormon in Ether 1:42–44. Ether was later directed by God to remove everything about them save for their earliest beginnings at the Tower of Babel in Iraq and a few brief tales of their spiritual trials and wars up to their final civil war. Book 3 discusses some of the known causes of their civil war and is able to go into some detail about how the war was fought despite a decided lack of historical references. This is primarily because Zirchen wrote about very ancient Sumerian and Mesopotamian epic poems that were likely only partially translated into English from the original Sanskrit. The original authors elaborated to some extent on how our original fourth planet was caused to explode and become our asteroid belt. It seems that the Jaredite physics bordered on magic but only from the twenty-first-century perspective. They had weaponized the various components of weather such as lighting, thunder, wind, rain, etc. and used these components to destroy Tiamat, our original fourth planet, and its total population. The bad guys sought nothing less than total destruction and annihilation of the entirety of the Jaredite civilization and Mormonism. They used nuclear weapons in a manner designed to kill the most people, starve out those they couldn’t get to, and rid the world of our religion once and for all. This is obvious from their early morning sneak attack, their nuclear obliteration of the Jaredite capital city in the New York area, and their wanton nuclear destruction of Jaredite people and efforts within and throughout Egypt and in other parts of our planet. Mainstream archaeology refuses to address this civilization because it would reveal their canards about evolution, their false narrative about the origin of man, and their totally inaccurate dateline. The Jaredites settled and colonized South and North America, Lemuria, Antarctica, the British Isles, and most of Western Europe, plus the lands of China and India. For nearly 2,530 years, they maintained a solar system-wide civilization. Their structures and domed cities are on every planet, save Jupiter and Saturn, and all the larger moons, such as Ganymede and our Luna. My research has uncovered many details of Jaredite life and their physical characteristics that the prophet Ether was not allowed to tell us. The Jaredites built all of Egypt, not the Egyptians. Their Hindu colony fought at least two ancient internal nuclear wars. They colonized throughout our entire solar system; most moons and most planets have their cities or outposts mainly covered by seven-mile high glass domes, except Jupiter and Saturn. These two planets each have possible Star War-size moons that easily could be artificial space stations. Mars used to be a moon to its now exploded primary Tiamat, which is now the asteroid belt. Their Martian cities are so immense that New York City and Shanghai combined wouldn’t be considered a nickel in a handful of change in comparison to them. Jaredite leftovers are all over Earth if one knows when to look for them. As reflected by the European Space Agency, the Martian northern city covering Mars’ North Pole appears to be far larger than Japan. And their final long drawn out death.

A New Witness for God Volume 2 (of 3)

A New Witness for God Volume 2 (of 3) PDF Author: Brigham Henry Roberts
Publisher: THE DESERET NEWS

Languages : en
Pages : 279
Book Description
Example in this ebook The following work was begun twenty-two years ago, in England, when the author was in that land on a Mission, as assistant Editor of the Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star. It was the author's design then to make the treatise on the Book of Mormon the first volume under the general title "New Witnesses for God"; but after some progress in collecting and arranging the materials had been made, the thought occurred to him that the Prophet Joseph Smith in chronological order, if not in importance, preceded the Book of Mormon in the introduction of God's Witnesses in this last and great dispensation. The materials of this work, therefore, so far as they had been collected, were laid aside and work was begun on the treatise of Joseph Smith as a Witness for God; which, however, because of many other demands upon the author's time, was not published until 1895. Meantime work was continued from time to time upon the treatise of the Book of Mormon; and in 1903-4-5, the materials were used, substantially as in their present form, as Manuals for the Senior Classes of the Young Men's Mutual Improvement Associations. The work has undergone a thorough revision at the hands of the author, and is now to take the place in his writings designed for it so long ago. While the coming forth of the Book of Mormon is but an incident in God's great work of the last days, and the book itself subordinate to some other facts in that work, still the incident of its coming forth and the book are facts of such importance that the whole work of God may be said, in a manner, to stand or fall with them. That is to say, if the origin of the Book of Mormon could be proved to be other than that set forth by Joseph Smith; if the book itself could be proved to be other than it claims to be, viz., and chiefly, an abridged history of the ancient inhabitants of America, a volume of scripture containing a message from God to the people to whom it was written—"to the Lamanites [American Indians], who are a remnant of the house of Israel; and also to Jew and Gentile; written by way of commandment, and also by the spirit of prophecy and revelation"—if, I say, the Book of Mormon could be proved to be other than this, then the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and its message and doctrines, which, in some respects, may be said to have arisen out of the Book of Mormon, must fall; for if that book is other than it claims to be; if its origin is other than that ascribed to it by Joseph Smith, then Joseph Smith says that which is untrue; he is a false prophet of false prophets; and all he taught, and all his claims to inspiration and divine authority, are not only vain but wicked; and all that he did as a religious teacher is not only useless, but mischievous beyond human comprehending. Nor does this statement of the case set forth sufficiently strong the situation. Those who accept the Book of Mormon for what it claims to be, may not so state their case that its security chiefly rests on the inability of its opponents to prove a negative. The affirmative side of the question belongs to us who hold out the Book of Mormon to the world as a revelation from God. The burden of proof rests upon us in every discussion. It is not enough for us to say that if the origin of the Book of Mormon is proved to be other than that set forth by Joseph Smith; if the book itself be proved to be other than it claims to be, then the institution known as "Mormonism" must fall. We must do more than rest our case on the inability of opponents to prove a negative. To be continue in this ebook

Book Description
Book of Mormon Study Guide, Pt. 3: Helaman to Moroni. This volume is the third of three on the Book of Mormon. It covers the Book of Helaman through the Book of Moroni. This includes the period of great wickedness just prior to the coming of Christ. We read of the missions of Nephi and Lehi, followed by Samuel the Lamanite. The signs of Christ?s birth and death are given, followed by their fulfillment. Great destruction occurs on the American continent, and only the righteous survive in the Land of Bountiful. Christ appears to the Nephites, teaches and heals them, organizes His Church and ordains 12 disciples to lead them. After His departure, a Zion people live in peace for many years, then decline again into great wickedness. We read of the final days of the Nephites in the writings of Mormon and Moroni. We also read about the Jaredites, who were the first to inherit the land, long before Lehi?s family arrived. In all, it covers 2,000 years of Jaredite history, and 469 years of Nephite history from 52 BC to 421 AD when the book of Moroni closes. The cover features a beautiful painting titled ?Behold Your Little Ones,? by Del Parson.

Understanding the Book of Mormon

Understanding the Book of Mormon PDF Author: Grant Hardy

Book Description
Mark Twain once derided the Book of Mormon as "chloroform in print." Long and complicated, written in the language of the King James version of the Bible, it boggles the minds of many. Yet it is unquestionably one of the most influential books ever written. With over 140 million copies in print, it is a central text of one of the largest and fastest-growing faiths in the world. And, Grant Hardy shows, it's far from the coma-inducing doorstop caricatured by Twain. In Understanding the Book of Mormon, Hardy offers the first comprehensive analysis of the work's narrative structure in its 180 year history. Unlike virtually all other recent world scriptures, the Book of Mormon presents itself as an integrated narrative rather than a series of doctrinal expositions, moral injunctions, or devotional hymns. Hardy takes readers through its characters, events, and ideas, as he explores the story and its messages. He identifies the book's literary techniques, such as characterization, embedded documents, allusions, and parallel narratives. Whether Joseph Smith is regarded as author or translator, it's noteworthy that he never speaks in his own voice; rather, he mediates nearly everything through the narrators Nephi, Mormon, and Moroni. Hardy shows how each has a distinctive voice, and all are woven into an integral whole. As with any scripture, the contending views of the Book of Mormon can seem irreconcilable. For believers, it is an actual historical document, transmitted from ancient America. For nonbelievers, it is the work of a nineteenth-century farmer from upstate New York. Hardy transcends this intractable conflict by offering a literary approach, one appropriate to both history and fiction. Regardless of whether readers are interested in American history, literature, comparative religion, or even salvation, he writes, the book can best be read if we examine the text on its own terms.

Book Description
Born in Oakland, California in 1927 the author received his High School education in California before joining the Marines at 17 before the end of WW 2. While pursuing vocal studies in Los Angeles he accepted an LDS Mission starting in Buffalo, NY. Finding many inconsistencies among missionaries he concluded to get his own witness. With 3 days of fasting and prayer he read the BOM relying on Moroni's promise of asking God to reveal the truth of the BOM. Positive confirmation never came. The Mission President advised him to complete his mission saying he needn't teach anything he didn't believe. A missionary chorus was formed and the choice made to tour his final months as soloist with the Utah Centennial Chorus. After his mission he appeared in a Broadway Musical. He left for Milan, Italy in 1952 meeting his future wife on the ship. After his operatic debut in Spain, successful engagements followed that soon led to Berlin and a three year contract at the Vienna State Opera. While singing in Rome a screen test led to Director William Wyler choosing Claude for the role of Jesus in the Academy Award film 'Ben Hur'. After the 'Ben Hur' experience Claude made another BOM attempt with a 3 day fast/prayer at the Holy Trinity chapel of St. Catherine Monastery at Mount Sinai, Egypt. As Dramatic Tenor he sang opposite such sopranos as Birgit Nilsson, Renata Tabaldi, Joan Southerland; as Tristan, Otello, Siegfried, Parsifal etc; at Bayreuth, La Scala and most major European opera houses. After retiring, he attended his local Ward with family, becoming counselor in the Sunday school until he felt enough was enough. Conducting a Testimony meeting he bore his lack of testimony publicly asking for excommunication as the only way to remove oneself from church rolls.

Book Description
As the sacred text of a modern religious movement of global reach, The Book of Mormon has undeniable historical significance. That significance, this volume shows, is inextricable from the intricacy of its literary form and the audacity of its historical vision. This landmark collection brings together a diverse range of scholars in American literary studies and related fields to definitively establish The Book of Mormon as an indispensable object of Americanist inquiry not least because it is, among other things, a form of Americanist inquiry in its own right--a creative, critical reading of "America." Drawing on formalist criticism, literary and cultural theory, book history, religious studies, and even anthropological field work, Americanist Approaches to The Book of Mormon captures as never before the full dimensions and resonances of this "American Bible."
